Privacy notice
The short version: the bill figures you type into the RA Bill Gap Check never leave your browser. The only thing this site ever sends anywhere is a name and an email address, and only when you type them into a signup form yourself.
The Gap Check
Your bill figures are not collected at all
The five figures the Gap Check asks for — claimed, certified, retention %, advance recovery and material recovery — are read by a script that runs inside your own browser. The arithmetic happens on your device. Those figures are:
- never sent to this site, to me, or to any other service;
- never written to a cookie, to local storage, or to any other store on your device;
- gone the moment you close or reload the page.
The fields deliberately carry no name attribute and sit outside any
form, so your browser cannot autofill-save them either. This is checked automatically before
every deploy: if the tool ever gained storage or a network call, the build would fail rather than
ship.
The signup forms
Name and email, for one purpose
If you ask for the RA Bill Playbook, join the Billing OS waitlist or join the BBS early-access list, the form sends two things: the name and the email address you typed. Nothing else from the page goes with them — including anything you entered into the Gap Check.
- What it is used for: to know who asked for the Playbook or joined a list, to tell you when the Billing OS or the BBS workbook is ready, and occasional emails about these systems. Nothing else.
- Who processes it: Netlify, which hosts this site, stores the form entry.
I see it in my Netlify account and as a notification email to
hello@beniwalsystems.com. - What is never done with it: it is not sold, rented, swapped or passed to anyone for their own marketing.
- How long it is kept: until you ask for it to be deleted.
If I email you, you can reply "stop" to any email and you will not hear from me again. You can also write to hello@beniwalsystems.com and ask to be removed, or to see what is held about you, and it will be done.
What this site does not do
No analytics, no tracking, no advertising
- This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no social tracking code on any page.
- Nothing is embedded from another website. Fonts, styles, images and scripts are all served from this domain, so no third party sees that you visited.
- You are not profiled, scored or segmented, and no automated decision is made about you.
Two ordinary exceptions worth naming, because they are true of any website:
this site is hosted on Netlify, whose servers handle the request and keep
standard technical logs that can include your IP address; and email to
hello@beniwalsystems.com is delivered through Zoho Mail. Both act
as service providers, not as audiences for your data.
Demonstration data
Every example here is fabricated
Every figure, project, drawing reference and bill shown on this site or in the Playbook is fabricated demonstration data. Nothing on this site comes from a real project, client or employer, and no client or employer is named anywhere.
