Commercial control on industrial and EPC projects — the work I have spent ten years inside, and the problems I have watched cost real money.
They are one chain, not six separate tools: quantities and the bar bending schedule feed the bill, and the bill feeds commercial control. Each one is what makes the next one defensible.

Keeps a running bill from breaking: previous and cumulative stay in agreement, earlier bills stay intact as the project grows, and a PO amendment does not force a rebuild. Excel, no macros, no login.

Demonstrated
A bar bending schedule that recomputes itself and ties back to the BOQ, so the steel figure and the bill figure cannot drift apart. On the demonstration project it carries 120 bar marks and 173.789 MT of steel against a BOQ allowance of 186 MT — a 6.6% difference the bill can actually account for, line by line.

I have built all three by hand on live projects for years — including the registers that decide a delay argument long before anyone argues it. None is yet a system someone else could pick up, and they come after the bill, because the bill is what pays for them.

A filing workbook for salary, capital gains and crypto, with a step-by-step guide, because the hard part is not the form — it is assembling the figures that go into it. When it ships it will carry fabricated figures only.

Life is the third word in the tagline and the least built. The direction is the same as the other two, but there is nothing to show yet — so nothing is listed, and nothing is promised.

AI explains; the arithmetic is computed and checkable. It runs inside these systems rather than being sold as its own thing.

The rule under all of them
How these are built
- Systems that handle working data are designed local-first. Where data needs to leave the machine, that boundary is deliberate.
- When a system cannot compute something honestly, it says why instead of filling the gap. A missing number is reported as missing, never estimated quietly.
- Every example is fabricated. No real project, client or employer appears anywhere — not anonymised, fabricated.
- Nothing goes out before it works. That is why four of the rows above say "planned" instead of carrying a launch date.
